Purchasing Back Issues of Sports Afield

Back issues, April 2003 to present
If you are interested in purchasing a back issue from April 2003 to the present, the charge is $12 per magazine plus $2.50 shipping within the USA. International shipping is $7.50. Availability is not guaranteed. Some issues are in very limited supply. The April, May, and June/July 2003 issues are $25 each. These are the first three issues of the “new” Sports Afield and are now very hard to get.

Back issues: 1980-2002
We have a few issues available from this time period. Please note we have NONE from before 1980. When available, the charge is $15 per magazine plus $2.50 shipping within the USA. International shipping is $7.50.

Article Research Requests

We would be happy to research the article(s) you are interested in. Please understand that while our archives are extensive, they are not complete—we have about 96 percent of all past issues—and finding a particular article can take quite a lot of effort. The more information you can provide in your request, the more luck we will have in locating the article for you. If the article is found, a photocopy can be sent to you by first class mail for no additional charge.

The charge for this research is $50 for the first article and $10 for each additional article requested at the same time. THIS FEE APPLIES WHETHER OR NOT the article is actually found. If you do decide to utilize our research service, please send your request plus the appropriate amount by check or money order to:
